Todd Mavis is responsible for Enesco’s worldwide operations and its subsidiaries.

For over twenty years, Mr. Mavis has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer for a number of private and public companies. His experience spans start-ups, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions and mature companies. As a successful senior executive, Mr. Mavis has successfully led companies in various industries including technology, distribution, services, retail, distribution, lead generation and property casualty. Most recently, Mr. Mavis served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Katun Corporation. Prior to Katun, Mr. Mavis was Chief Executive Officer of First Advantage Corporation. Mr. Mavis currently serves as a board advisor for a number of private companies.

Mr. Mavis received his Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University in San Diego, California and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.

Emily Brown
Emily BrownCFO, Enesco, LLC & Things Remembered

Emily has been in the gift and toy industry for approximately 25 years. She joined Enesco in 2009 as the Vice President of U.S. Finance and Accounting, overseeing budgeting and close, brand analysis, inventory/logistics analysis, credit and collections, accounts payable, and payroll. Emily has served on integration teams for acquisitions, and worked on the sale of Enesco to Balmoral in 2015 and the carveout and sale of the Gund product line to Spin Master in 2018. After increasing responsibility in the VP role, she was named Chief Financial Officer in 2018.

Prior to joining Enesco, Emily worked as a Vice President at Mattel, having grown in responsibility as she worked in corporate financial planning, brand finance, divisional finance, and sales finance. Emily received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 1987 and her MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at University of Virginia in 1994.

Michael Griffith
Michael GriffithPresident, North America, Enesco

Michael has been in the gift and consumer goods industry for over 26 years. He joined Enesco in 1996 as a Contract Territory Sales Rep and since then has been promoted many times in positions of increasing responsibility including Regional Sales Manager, President of Gregg Gift, SVP of Sales for Enesco, EVP of US Sales with a focus to sell within the China marketplace.

Following the purchase of Enesco by Balmoral in 2015 and an internal realignment of the Company in mid-2016, Michael was promoted to President of Department 56 Village Division responsible for overseeing the entire brand including product development, marketing and sales. In 2018, Michael was named Executive Vice President of Enesco, LLC and President of Enesco Gift and Department 56.

Michael earned his degree from Mars Hill College.

Prior to joining Enesco, Michael was a buyer for JCPenney’s after graduating from Mars Hill College in 1992. Throughout his tenure at Enesco, Michael has been recognized and promoted many times having begun as a contract territory sales rep in 1996 and earning a promotion in 2000 to Regional Sales Manager responsible for the South East and South West Regions as well as corporate showrooms in Dallas and Atlanta.

Following the Company’s acquisition of Gregg Gift Company in 2004, Michael was promoted to President of the business unit in 2005 replacing the then President and former owner of the company. Later that same year, while continuing as President of Gregg Gift, Michael was also named SVP of Sales for Enesco assuming responsibility for the entire commissioned Field Sales force comprised of over 100 representatives.

Following Enesco’s purchase of Gund in 2008 and subsequent purchase of Department 56 in 2009, Michael served as a key member of the senior management team overseeing the due diligence and transition periods while continuing as SVP of US Sales. In 2014, Michael was promoted to EVP of US Sales with expanded responsibilities to sell within the China marketplace.
