1.   Can I receive a catalog at my home? Enesco currently does not have consumer catalogs. You may shop enesco.com to see our product selection. You may also contact a participating retailer near you about Enesco merchandise. 2.   Can I receive a catalog at my business? All retailer catalogs are processed by our Sales department. Please contact Enesco Customer Service for further assistance.
3.   Does Enesco support community efforts with donations? Enesco applauds the efforts of all who strive to better their community and the people it serves. For product donations, please submit a letter on your organization's letter to the address below. Include the cause in which the organization supports, the date of the event and who the event is for, your organization's tax ID number, where the product should be sent and by what date, and the quantity desired. If known, please include the type of product or the brands you are seeking.

8.   Is there way to get replacement parts/boxes/paperwork? Enesco does not have replacement parts, boxes or paperwork. If an item is broken or defective, you should return it to the retailer from where it was purchased for a replacement or refund.
9.   Does Enesco participate in the secondary market? Enesco is not involved in the secondary market, nor does the company follow the secondary market.
