Thomas G. Bowles, Chief Executive Officer
Tom Bowles is responsible for worldwide operations of Enesco and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Enesco in 2011, Mr. Bowles was chief executive officer of Berkshire Blanket, the nation’s leading designer and marketer of premium quality blankets. Mr. Bowles has extensive experience in the gift industry having been chief executive officer of Decorative Concepts, Inc., a major gift and home products company and chief operating officer of Russ Berrie and Company. He has also held the positions of Group President of Hartmarx Corporation, President of Golden Bear / Jack Nicklaus Enterprises and Chief Executive Officer of Kleinert’s, Inc.

Mr. Bowles graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York and earned a Master of Business Administration at The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
Theodore J. Eischeid, Chief Financial Officer
Ted Eischeid joined Enesco in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer of the company and its subsidiaries. He oversees all financial aspects of the company and its information technologies.

Mr. Eischeid was in the craft, hobby and collectors space when he was CFO then CEO of Revell-Monogram, Inc., the model car and airplane company. During his tenure, Revell was both a public company and an independent subsidiary of Hallmark, Inc. Like Enesco, Revell served many small independent retailers and sourced many of its products in Asia.

Mr. Eischeid’s career as a Financial Officer started as an Audit Manager of Arthur Andersen in Chicago. He has been either CFO, COO or CEO in a number of related consumer products companies and has indepth experience with international subsidiaries, China sourcing and companies with private equity ownership.

He is a CPA who earned his BS in accounting from Iowa State University, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Law Degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
Kathi P. Lentzsch, Chief Merchandising Officer
Kathi Lentzsch joined the company in 2011 as Chief Merchandising Officer of Enesco, LLC and its subsidiaries.

Ms. Lentzsch is a nationally known merchandising and marketing executive with experience in numerous blue-chip retail, wholesale, gift and catalog companies. Most recently, Ms. Lentzsch was CEO of Elephant Pharm, a drugstore chain known for its holistic approach to health remedies. Prior to Elephant Pharm, Ms. Lentzsch was a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Merchant of Decorative Concepts, a major gift and home accents design and manufacturing company. In her distinguished career, Ms. Lentzsch was the Head Merchant at Pottery Barn, leading the team that transformed Pottery Barn from a small tabletop chain to the leading national home furnishings specialty retailer, increasing sales six-fold in just three years. Starting her career at Macy’s, she moved on to Key Merchant Positions at Pier 1, Claire’s, Cost Plus and others.

Ms. Lentzsch earned her BBA from College of William and Mary and is a member of the Board of Trustees of its Mason School of Business.
